Athletics 

Athletic Office: The athletic office will be open Monday thru Friday, 7:45am-3:30pm on all school days. Students can pay fines or fees or ask clearance questions before school, after school and at lunch. Parents are welcome to come by anytime during office hours. The athletic office can accept cash, check or credit cards for your convenience. 

Sports Clearance:  All students participating in athletics must have a completed online registration and a sports physical on file (good for 2 years from appointment date) prior to the first day of practice. Coaches are not authorized to collect paperwork or determine athletic eligibility. If you have any questions or need assistance with the online registration, or to check on a sports physical, please contact Courtney Wong at courtney.wong@evergreenps.org or call 360.604.6110.

Sports Physicals must be current and should not expire during the season the athlete is participating in. Physicals should be on the current WIAA form. Other forms may not be accepted. If you have a question about a sports physical form, please contact the athletic office. Physicals can be dropped off at the Athletics office or emailed to active_mvhs@evergreenps.org. 

All students participating in athletics or activities are required to purchase an ASB card. 

Questions regarding tryouts or practice for a specific sport should be directed to the coach.

Admission Prices for Home Athletic Events: Family passes are available for $85 at the ASB & Athletics offices. Family passes admit those who live in the same household, to all sports that require admission in the Evergreen School District. Admission prices for tournaments or playoff games may vary from the ticket prices shown below. Family passes cannot be used for admission to any tournaments or playoff games. Tickets can be purchased with cash only at the door. All levels of teams (V, JV, C etc.) are charged admission at ticketed events. 

24-25 Fall Season Information

Football will begin on August 21. All other Fall sports begin on August 26, 2024.
